<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Russell A Ehlers and Pamela L Ehlers,
<br />Husband and Wife, to TierOne Bank, successor to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK (by merger), Trustee for the
<br />Benefit of TierOne Bank, successor to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK (by merger), the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />June 27, 2001 and recorded July 9, 2001 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />No. 200106713 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed
<br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:

<br />Eighty -six Hundredths (515.86) feet North of the Southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4); thence Northerly
<br />along the East line of said Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4), a distance of Seven Hundred Twenty-six and Twenty -four
<br />Hundredths (726.24) feet; thence deflecting left 88 032130" and running Westerly a distance of Six Hundred (600.0) feet;
<br />thence Southerly parallel to the East line of said Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4), a distance of Seven Hundred Twenty-six and
<br />Twenty -four Hundredths (726.24) feet; thence deflecting left 88 132'30" and running Easterly a distance of Six Hundred
<br />(600.0) feet to the place of beginning.
