<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue,
<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable
<br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to NAFCO NE FEDERAL CREDIT
<br />UNION, his successors and assigns, P.O. Box 1508, Grand Island, NE
<br />68802 -1508, without any covenant or warranty, expressed or implied,
<br />all of the following described real estate:
<br />The North 1/2 of the East 1/2 of Lot 9, Vantine's
<br />Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated June 17, 1998, and recorded on June 22, 1998,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 98- 105985 wherein Todd L. Keehn, a single man is
<br />named Trustor; and Mountain West Financial, Inc. is named
<br />Beneficiary; and First American Title Insurance Company, is named
<br />Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on
<br />the trust therein expressed, the property above described to
<br />secure, among other obligations, payment of a promissory note of
<br />even date in the principal amount of $38,855.00 and interest
<br />thereon according to the terms thereof; that the beneficial
<br />interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by Mountain West
<br />Financial, Inc. to Fleet Mortgage Corp. by an Assignment dated June
<br />16, 1998 and recorded on June 22, 1998 as Instrument No. 98- 105986
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That by Substitution of Trustee dated February 28, 2003, made by
<br />Washington Mutual Bank, FA successor in interest to Fleet Mortgage
<br />Grantor was substituted as Trustee in place of First American Title
