BUDDE and KAY BUDDE, Husband and Wife, Grantors, in consideration of - <br />------FORTY TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($42,000.00)---- convey to JAMES R. HUGGINS <br />and GERLYN D. HUGGINS, Husband and Wife, Grantees, as joint tenants and not as tenants in <br />common, the fallowing described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska (as defined in Ng~.
