BUDDE and KAY BUDDE, Husband and Wife, Grantors, in consideration of - <br />------TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($236,500.00)- <br />--- convey to JAMES R. HUGGINS and GERLYN D. HUGGiNS, Husband and Wife, Grantees, as <br />joint tenants and not as tenants in common, the following described real estate in Hall County, <br />Nebraska (as defined in Neb.
