<br />11366, as Trustee, under a Deed of Trust dated July 25,~`~~ executed by Jimmy Brian *2008 ~
<br />Hopkins, a Single Person, and Jahn Spencer and Sarah Ann Spencer, Husband and Wife, as ~^•,,,,,
<br />Trustors, naming Stephen E. Fitzgerald and Colleen G. Fitzgerald as Beneficiary and retarded as
<br />Instrument Number 0200806332, of the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, has received from Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in
<br />the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />The West 36 feet and 8 inches of Lot 6, Block 34, Original Town, now City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been
<br />fully paid;
<br />Now therefore, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at
