<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that FONTENELLE OIL COMPANY,
<br />of Minneapolis MN, herein called the Grantors, in consideration of TWO HUNDRED

<br />received from Grantee, hereby grants, bargains, sells, conveys, and confirms unto the
