<br /> THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Gordon
<br /> O'Neill; Husband, and Colleen O'Neill, Wife to TierOne Bank, Trustee and Beneficiary, dated August 21,
<br /> 2008, and recorded August 22, 2008, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br /> entered in Instrument #0200807305, has been paid, and said Beneficiary. does hereby request that this
<br /> Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br /> the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br /> the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br /> Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br /> front footage of Eighty (80) feet."
