<br />The North Half of the Southwest Quarter (N1/2SW1/4) of Section Thirty (30),
<br />Township Nine (9), Range Ten (10), Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT a tract of
<br />land, now known as Lot One (1), Rainforth Acres Subdivision, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and Affidavit of Correction recorded April 23, 2004 as Instrument
<br />#2004 - 03977, records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This Deed corrects Warranty Deed executed on December 29, 2004 and filed
<br />with the Hall County Register of Deeds on January 3, 2005 as Instrument
<br />Number 0200500017.
<br />Grantor covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with the Grantee that Grantor:
<br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free
<br />from encumbrances subject to easements, reservations,
<br />covenants and restrictions of record;
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons.
