<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 3 day of August, 2009, OneWest Bank FSB, as
<br />the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Vickie L.
<br />Dibbern, as the defendant, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to
<br />foreclose a deed of trust given by said Vickie L. Dibbern, a single person, to Fidelity National, as
<br />Trustee for the benefit of IndyMac Bank, F.S.B., Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the
<br />real estate hereinafter described of the above-named defendant, to obtain an order for the sale of the real
<br />estate hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust and to
<br />obtain other equitable relief; that such deed of trust is dated August 15, 2003, and was recorded on
<br />August 27, 2003, as Lnstrument Number 0200311360 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary the fallowing described real estate situated in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />Lots Six (6), and Seven (7), in Block Three (3) of Ingalls & Turner Subdivision in the
<br />Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the OneWest Bank FSB, by written
<br />assignment recorded on July l6, 2009 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200906154.
