<br />You are hereby notified that Adam L. Marine, a single person, as Trustor, did on or about April 27,
<br />2001, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of
<br />Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the following- described real property:
<br />A tract of land comprising the Southerly Eighty -Nine (89) feet of the
<br />Northerly One Hundred Nine (109) feet of the Easterly Sixty -Four (64) feet
<br />of Lot Nine (9) of the County Subdivision in the South Half (S1 /2) of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Major Mortgage, a Wyoming
<br />Corporation, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on April 20, 2001, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 2001 - 03795.
<br />On or about April 27, 2001, Major Mortgage, a Wyoming Corporation, Beneficiary, assigned all of
<br />its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The
<br />Assignment was recorded July 12, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 2001 - 06842.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which the
<br />Trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments
<br />that were contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal
<br />balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause
<br />to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
