TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />JACOB BAUER AND PATRICIA BAUE _ HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R
<br />Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated JULY 28, 2003 and
<br />recorded AUGUST 14, 2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Instrument 200310632 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:

<br />IN SECTION FOURTEEN (14) TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST
<br />OF THE SIXTH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all build -rags, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
