<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br /> the Deed of Trust dated December 23, 2008, executed by Rock Stahla and Nancy Stahla; Husband
<br /> and Wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br /> which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on January 12,
<br /> 2009, recorded as Instrument No. 0200900172, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br /> Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br /> above mentioned as follows:

<br /> Fractional Lot 2, in Fractional Block 3, Bonnie Brae Addition and its complement, Fractional Lot 2, in
<br /> Fractional Block 21, Wallich's Addition, an addition to the City of Grand Island, as surveyed, platted and recorded in
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br /> Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br /> legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, this 6'b day of August, 2009.
