<br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Trust Deed dated November 8, 2004, and
<br />recorded on December 8, 2004, as Instrument No. 0200411794, in the Register of Deeds Office of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, executed by Dennis A. Horst, Single, as Trustor, in which Donald R. Carlson
<br />an Undivided 70% Interest and LuAnn K. Barnes an Undivided 30% Interest, are named as
<br />Beneficiaries, hereby gives notice that a breach of obligation for which the Trust Property was
<br />conveyed as security has occurred. The nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make
<br />payment of interest when due in accordance with the terms of said Trust Deed. You are hereby
<br />notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated and
<br />further notified that because of such default, the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold
<br />the Trust Property to satisfy the obligation under the Trust Deed. The Trust Property affected is:
