Connick, Attorney at Law, Trustee under a certain Deed of ~ - <br />Trust dated July 2S, 2007, wherein Pablo Camargo and Shelia R. Camargo, husband and wife, ~, <br />are the Trustor, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds Hall County, <br />Nebraska on July 27, 2007, as Instrument No. 200705390 and contains as trust property, the <br />following-described real estate: <br />LOTS NINE (9) AND TEN (10), BLOCK SIXTEEN (15), SCHIMMER'S <br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA. <br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and. all easements, <br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and <br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives <br />notice of default of said Trustor for the reason that the said Trustor has failed to make the <br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by the Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligation of that certain Promissory Note dated July 25, <br />2007, owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, COMPETITIVE MORTGAGE, INC., a Nebraska <br />Corporation, pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to above which secures this <br />obligation. <br />Brandon S.
