Hermansen, <br />husband and wife, being owners of lots contained in Sussex Place <br />Subdivision and all amendments or replats thereto, being a <br />subdivision of Grand Island, Ha11 County, Nebraska, do hereby <br />amend the Protective Covenants, Restrictions and Conditions for <br />Sussex Place Subdivision as originally executed on July 11, 1971, <br />and recorded with the Register of Deeds of Ha11 County, Nebraska, <br />on July 15, 1971, in Book 22, Page 44 of Miscellaneous Records, <br />and as subsequently amended (the "Covenants") as follows: <br />1. The Covenants shall not apply to Lots One (1) and Two <br />(2), Burris Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska (the "Property"). <br />2. The purpose of this Amendment is to remove all <br />restrictions, covenants, conditions and easements as created by <br />the Covenants against the Property so that the Property may be <br />freely transferred to Peace Lutheran Church of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, its successors and assigns. <br />3. This Amendment may be executed in counterpart. <br />1 <br />
