<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Heritage Bank, Kearney, Nebraska, as
<br />Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by Gary R. Jacobsen, a single person, as Trustor to
<br />Heritage Bank, Kearney, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of Janua
<br />2, 2003, and recorded January 22, 2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, in Instrument #2003 - 00815, has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered.
<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
<br />warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired
<br />by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
