WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among JAMES A -`, S O
<br />KNOUSE AND LAURIE A KNOUSE, husband and wife, Trustor, and Farmers State Bank and
<br />Trust Company of Superior as Trustee and Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand
<br />Island, as Beneficiary, dated May 19, 1998, and recorded on May 19, 1998, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 98- 104744 has been paid;
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as
<br />Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust
<br />Company of Superior, as "Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described
