<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Thomas Hohnbaum and
<br />Pamela Hohnbaum, husband and wife, as Trustor, to Fidelity National Title Insurance Company,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of James S. Reed, as Beneficiary, dated July 2, 2003, and recorded in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200308627 has been paid, and the
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Trustee's Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered
<br />as confirmed by its endorsement below.
