Upon payment of all stets sr cured by this Deed of <br /> Trust, .Lender shall .request Trustee to reconvey the Property and shall <br /> surrender this Deed of Trust and all notes evidencing indebtedness secured <br /> by this Deed of Trust to Borrower.
