GLENN, husband and wife, GRANTOR, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR, LAVE AND, AFFEC- TION, received from GRANTEES, KENNETH L. GLENN and ROSEMARY M. GLENN, conveys to GRANTEES, as JOINT TENANTS and not as tenants in common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201): The East One-half of the Northeast Quarter (E'NE;:) of Section Fourteen (14), in Township Eleven (11), North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom a certain tract of land more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of said NEk, said point being 315 feet west of the Northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter, thence running Westerly along the North line of said NEB a distance of 562 feet; thence deflecting; left 90022' and running southeasterly a distance of 497.0 feet; thence deflecting left 89038' and running; easterl~ a distance of 535.13 feet; thence deflecting left 87.20'30" and running northeasterly a distance of 497.53 feet to the point of beginning and containing 6.263 acres, more or less, of which 0.425 acres, more or less, is occupied by a county road right of way. GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more th•:+n one) with GRANTEES that GRANTOR is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except those shown of record; GRANTOR has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and GRAN'T'OR warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons.
