The <br />beneficiary is TierOne Bank, which is organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America and <br />whose address is 1235 'N' St / PO Box 83009, Lincoln, Nebraska 68501 ("Lender"), TERRY M CARLSON and <br />KRISTINE K CARLSON have entered into aEquity -Line of Credit ("Contract") with Lender as of August <br />3, 2009, under the terms of which Borrower may, from time to time, obtain advances not to exceed, at any time, a <br />***MAXIMUM PRINCIPAL AMOUNT (EXCLUDING PROTECTIVE ADVANCES)*** of One <br />Hundred Four Thousand Three Hundred Fifty and 00/l00 Dollars (U.S. $104,350.00) ("Credit L-mit").
