<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by
<br />the Deed of Trust executed by Richard L Harbaugh and Mary C Harbaugh,
<br />Husband and Wife, to Kearney State Bank & Trust Company, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of Kearney State Bank & Trust Company, Beneficiary named therein, said
<br />Deed of Trust being dated July 24, 1995 and recorded in the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska on May 13, 1996, in Inst. 96- 103672 has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
<br />the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by
<br />these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in
<br />and to the following described property:
<br />Lot 27, Morningside Acres Third Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances as
<br />belonging to such premises.
