Scheer and Karin Scheer, husband and wife, <br />herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One 'Dollar and other valuable consideration received <br />from grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Cecil L. Rawlings and Pamela T.
