<br />Know All Men by These Presents
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Thomas F Ea.senmenger
<br />and Kerry J Ea.senmenger as original Trustor, to Principal Bank, as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Principal Hank, the Beneficiary named therein, recorded July 14, 2009, in the mortgage records in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds Hall County, Nebraska, in Book -- Page -- Instrument 0200406925
<br />The Mortgage having been complied with and paid in full, the undersigned releases the Mortgage and
<br />all of its right, title and interest in the Property located at 3016 Orleans Drive, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska 68803.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary thereunder, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release
<br />and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said
<br />Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the fallowing described premises:

<br />The undersigned, present beneficiary, as the owner and holder of the Note secured by Deed
<br />of Trust dated June 23, 2004 made by Thomas F Eisenmenger and Kerry J ~isenmenger, as Trustors, to
<br />Principal Bank as original Trustee, for Principal Bank, as Beneficiary, which Deed of
<br />Trust was recorded in Book -- Page -- Instrument 0200406925 of the Register of Deeds Hall
<br />County, hereby appoints and substitutes Barbara Mueller as Trustee in lieu of the
<br />Trustee therein.
<br />As such duly appointed and substituted Trustee, Barbara Mueller hereby accepts
<br />said appointment as Trustee under the above Deed of Trust, and as successor Trustee.
