<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Michael J Nowak, an
<br />unmarried person as original Trustor, to Principal Bank, as Trustee for the benefit of Principal
<br />Hank, the Beneficiary named therein, recorded January 13, 2004, in the mortgage records in the
<br />office of the Register pf Deeds Hall County, Nebraska, in Book -- Page -- Instrument 20040D385
<br />The Mortgage having been complied with and paid in full, the undersigned releases the Mortgage and
<br />all of its right, title and interest in the Property located at 1327 Kruse Avenue, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska 68803.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary thereunder, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release
<br />and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said

<br />County, hereby appoints and substitutes Barbara Mueller as Trustee in lieu of the
<br />Trustee therein.
<br />As such duly appointed and substituted Trustee, Barbara Mueller hereby accepts
<br />said appointment as TrusteE under the above Deed of Trust, and as successor Trustee.
