DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter
<br />called the "Trust Deed," executed by Brian Lee Quandt and Sarah B. Quandt, Husband &
<br />Wife, as Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated the 26th day of March 2003, and recorded on the 3rd day of April 2003, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.
<br />0200303941, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed,
<br />in and to the following- described real property (as.defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-
<br />1001):
