<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Timothy J.
<br />O'Connor and Catherine L. O'Connor to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank (by merger),
<br />Trustee and Beneficiary, dated July 20, 2001, and recorded July 24, 2001 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in Book , Page /as Instrument No, 0200107277/on
<br />Microfilm Roll No. , has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />"Lot Ten (10) and a tract of ground 12 x 40 feet of Lot Nine (9), more particularly described as
<br />follows: Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of said Lot Nine (9) running thence in a
<br />Southerly direction, a distance of 40 feet, thence Westerly a distance of 12 feet, thence Northerly
<br />a distance of 40 feet, thence Easterly along the alley line of said lot, a distance of 12 feet to the
<br />place of beginning, all in Block Five (5), in Gilbert's Second Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska."
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
