<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 200501410
<br />THAT, WHEREAS, Kevin Woodward and Suzette Anne Woodward,
<br />husband and wife, of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, executed
<br />a Deed of Trust dated September 26, 2002, duly recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska on October 15, 2002,
<br />as Instrument Number 0200211049 of the Mortgage Record, in said office,
<br />conveying to CHARTER WEST NATIONAL BANK, certain real estate, in trust, to
<br />secure the payment of the indebtedness mentioned therein. Said real estate is
<br />described as follows:
<br />Lot Nine (9), Block Three (3), in Replat of Riverside Acres, an Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />AND, WHEREAS, said indebtedness has been paid and the purposes of
<br />said trust have been fully satisfied;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE in consideration of the premises, and the sum of
<br />ONE DOLLAR, ($1.00) to it in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, CHARTER WEST NATIONAL BANK, does hereby remise,
<br />release and quitclaim unto the present owner or owners the said real estate and
<br />unto the heirs, successors and assigns of said owner or owners forever, all the
<br />right, title and interest which it has under and by virtue of said Deed of Trust in
<br />and to the said real estate in said Deed of Trust particularly described, reference
<br />to which is hereby made for greater certainty.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the
<br />privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging forever. AND FURTHER, that
<br />said Trust Deed is, by these presents to be considered as fully and absolutely
<br />released, canceled and forever discharged.
