<br />�'D WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among IRVING C
<br />DOUGLAS AND CONNIE JO DOUGLAS, husband and wife, Trustor, and Farmers State
<br />Bank and Trust Company of Superior as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated December 8, 1986, and
<br />recorded on December 9, 1986, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Instrument Number 86- 107072 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as
<br />Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust
<br />Company of Superior, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
