<br />You are hereby notified that Kevin P. Hempel and Julie M. Hempel, as husband and wife, as Trustors, did on
<br />or about May 31, 1995, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a
<br />Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property: '� SO
<br />Lot Seven (7), in Block Fourteen (14), in Packer and Barr's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Norwest Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary of said Deed
<br />of Trust which was recorded on May 31, 1995, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 95- 103566. Said Deed of Trust was rerecorded on June 19, 1996, as Instrument No. 96- 100442.
<br />On or about May 31, 1995, Norwest Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial
<br />interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was recorded June 22,
<br />1995, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 95- 104146.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, :t once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Dee of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
