Said Deed of Trust was rerecorded on June 19, 1996, as Instrument No. 96- 100442. <br />On or about May 31, 1995, Norwest Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial <br />interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
