<br />Greg Woitaszewski and Leigh Anne Woitaszewski, husband and wife, hereinafter
<br />referred to as Grantor, of Grand Island, Nebraska, in consideration or the recission of a contract
<br />for sale of real estate entered July 9, 1997, the forebearance of the balance due and owing of
<br />Sixty -five Thousand Six Hundred Sixty -six and 07/100 ($65,666.07) and other valuable
<br />consideration received from Raymond Mayhew, a widower, hereinafter referred to as Grantee
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, does hereby remise, release, and forever quitclaim unto Grantee and
<br />to Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, all of Grantor rights, title, interest, estate, claim and
<br />demand both at law and in equity of in and to the following described real estate:
<br />The East One -Third (1/3) of Lot One (1), Windolph$'s Subdivision, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises unto Grantee, Grantee's heirs and
