Smith, a single person , <br />Grantor, whether one ar rnare, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm <br />unto Gary L. Luther and Wilma A.
