<br />Nebraska Register of Deeds office by all parties that hold a fee interest in the land.

<br />grant, bargain, sell and convey unto COMPANY, its successors and assigns, a
<br />permanent easement 50 feet in width, being 25 feet left, and 25 feet right of the center
<br />line as laid aut and/or surveyed, or as finally installed on the hereinafter described lands,
<br />together with the right to construct, operate, maintain, repair, increase the capacity of,
<br />remove, and replace a gas pipeline or lines, including -necessary pipes, poles, and
<br />fixtures, through, over, under and across the following described real estate, situated in
<br />the County of Hall, State of Nebraska.
<br />A tract of land located in the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(NE'/4 NW'/a) of Section Twenty-Four (24), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Twelve (12) West of the Sixth P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Northeast Corner of the Northwest Quarter (NW'/) of
<br />said Section 24; thence S89°38'51 "W (assumed bearing) along the north
<br />line of said Northwest Quarter a distance of 325.28 feet to the PLACE OF
<br />BEGINNING; thence continued S89°38'51"W along said north line a
<br />distance of 51.00 feet; thence S11 °00'00"W a distance of 335.02 feet;
<br />thence S37°00'00"E a distance of 734.25 feet to the east line of said
