<br />CORRECTIVE PIPELINE EASEMENT BY OWNER
<br />This Cortactlve Pipeline Easement by Owner is being granted to amend, re-execute
<br />end wnfirm that certain Pipeline Easement by Owner dated May 17, 2007 and
<br />recorded May -18, 2007 as Instrument No. 0200704042 in the Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Register of Deeds office by all parties that hold a fee interest in the land.
<br />THIS INDENTURE, made this aq~L Day , A.D., 2009,
<br />between Pioneer Trail Energy, LLC, a Delaware Limits Liability Company, whose
<br />address is 7878 South 140' Road, Woad River, Nebraska, 68883 hereinafter called
<br />"COMPANY," its successors and assigns, and the following named persons,
<br />herein,whether singular or plural, called "OWNER," namely:
<br />Robert J. Allan, Jr. & Jane R. Allan, husband and wife
<br />Helen E. Allan, Trustee of the Allan Family Trust, by Robert J. Allan, Jr.,
<br />Successor Trustee
<br />Helen E. Allan, a single person, by Robert J. Allan, Jr., Attorney-in-Fact

<br />WITNESSETH, that for valuable considerations received, OWNER does hereby
<br />grant, bargain, sell and convey unto COMPANY, its successors and assigns, a
<br />permanent easement 50 feet in width, being 25 feet left, and 25 feet right of the center
<br />line as laid out and/or surveyed, or as finally installed on the hereinafter described lands,
<br />together with the right to construct, operate, maintain, repair, increase the capacity of,
<br />remove, and replace a gas pipeline or lines, including necessary pipes, poles, and
<br />fixtures, through, over, under and across the following described real estate, situated in
<br />the County of Hall, State of Nebraska.
<br />The West Fifty (50) feet contiguous to the East line in the South Half of
<br />the Northwest Quarter (S1/2NW1/4) of Section Twenty-five (25), the
<br />South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S1/2NW1/4) of Section Twenty-four
<br />(24), the North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N1/2NW1/4) of Section
<br />Twenty-four (24), and the North Half of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(N1/2NW1/4) of Section Thirteen (13) all located in Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6t" P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Additionally, OWNER does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto
<br />COMPANY, its successors and assigns, a temporary construction
<br />easement 15 feet in width, being adjacent to previously defined
<br />permanent easement.
<br />Should additional pipelines be laid under this grant, at any time, an additional
<br />consideration equal to the consideration paid for this grant, calculated on a lineal rod
<br />basis, shall be paid for each additional line.
