Young, a member <br />of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee, hereinafter called "Grantor", pursuant <br />to the power of sale contained. in that certain Deed of Trust Recorded on ,lone 14, 2005 as <br />Instrument No. 2005-05392 in the Mortgage Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, and Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, hereinafter called <br />"Grantee": <br />WHEREAS, on April 16, 2009, Thomas J. Young, as Successor Trustee, executed a <br />Notice of Default pursuant to which notice was given to Craig Steppuhn and Shauneen <br />Steppuhn, Husband and Wife, Trustor(s), under that certain Deed of Trust Recorded on June 14, <br />2005 as Instrument No. 2005-05392, in the Mortgage Records in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, covering that certain premises described as: <br />LOT 18, BLOCK 2, OF NORMANDY ESTATES, AN ADDITION TO THE <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed had occurred, and <br />setting forth the nature of such breach and of his election to sell or cause to be sold property to <br />satisfy the obligation. Said Notice of Default was filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hal] t~ounty, Nebraska on Recorded on April 17, 2009, as Instrument # 200902874 of the <br />Miscellaneous records of said County. <br />A copy of such Notice of Default was thereafter mailed. to all parties entitled to notice <br />pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76-1008 R.R.S. Nebraska. <br />Subsequent thereto, beginning on June O1, 2009, Grantor caused to be published in Grand <br />Island Independent, a newspaper having a general circulation. in Hall County, Nebraska, a Notice <br />of Trustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and stating that the <br />described property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified or <br />cashier's check in the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska at 10:00AM on July 1.0, 2009.
