<br />In Hall County, Nebraska
<br />The undersigned, Harold F. Rosenkotter and Judith A. Rosenkotter, husband and
<br />wife, and Deborah A. Spaulding and Stephen Spaulding, wife and husband, hereinafter called the
<br />Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land comprising a part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(El /2, SE1 /4) of Section Twenty Six (26), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the
<br />6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the southeast corner of said East Half of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (E 1 /2, SE 1 /4); thence running westerly along the south line of
<br />said East Half of the Southeast Quarter (EI /2, SEI /4), on an Assumed
<br />Bearing of S89 °04'30 "W, a distance of One Thousand Three Hundred
<br />Twenty Six and Thirty Hundredths (1326.30) feet, to the southwest
<br />corner of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter (El /2, SEl /4);
<br />thence running N00 °45'00 "W, along the west line of said East Half of
<br />the Southeast Quarter (E1 /2, SE 1/4), a distance of Sixty (60.00) feet,
<br />to a point on the northerly right -of -way line of Highway 2 and 34, and
<br />to the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence continuing N00 °45'00 "W,
<br />along the west line of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E1 /2,
