NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />You are hereby notified that Luella Kay Sorgenfrei, a single person, as Trustor, did on or about May 23, 1997, <br />make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein <br />said Trustor conveyed the following- described real property: <br />The North 10 feet (10') of Lot Eighty -Nine (89) and all of Lot Ninety (90), <br />Hawthorne Place, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Major Mortgage, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust <br />which was recorded on May 23, 1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument <br />No. 97- 104046. <br />On or about May 23, 1997, Major Mortgage, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in <br />the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
