Nielsen, a single person <br />and Kellie R. Brittain and Kevin L. Brittain, wife and husband, Grantor, whether one or <br />more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Marty F. Rodenbaugh <br />Jr, and Angela M.
