Lot ~ to <br />a point ten feet south of the north line of said lot 2 and five feet east of the west line of <br />said lot two, thence southwesterly to a point on the west line of said Lot 2 which is fifteen <br />feet south of the northwest corner of said Lot 2, thence northerly upon the west line of <br />said Lot 2 to the northwest career of said Lat 2, thence easterly on the north line of said <br />Lot 2 to the point of beginning. <br />Grantor shall not allow any structures, buildings, combustible materials, or other property <br />of any kind whatsoever, to be erected, constructed, placed, stored, or accumulated in, upon, <br />above, along, over, across, underneath, or through the easement herein granted. Grantor <br />covenants with Grantee that Grantor is lawfully seized of such real estate and that the real estate <br />is free from encurnbrance, except encumbrances of record; has legal power and lawful authority <br />to convey the real estate; warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful <br />claims of all persons. <br />
