Schwaderer and James Schwaderer, wife and husband, are the owner of the other undivided one-half (1/2) interest in the following described real estate, to-wit: Lot Seven (7), Block Eight (8), Hann Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and that they and their predecessors in title have been in open, notorious, exclusive, continuous and adverse possession of said real estate for more than ten (10) years last past prior to the commencement of this action, and during all of said time have asserted title to said premises against all persons whomsoever. IT IS THEREFORE considered by the Court that the title of the Plaintiffs, Ed A. Meininger and Carmen Meininger, husband and wife, as owners ,of an undivided one-half (1/2) interest and Plaintiffs, Marcia K. Schwaderer and James Schwaderer, wife and husband, as owners of an undivided one-half (1/2) interest in and to the following described real estate, to-wit: Lot Seven (7), Block Eight (8), Hann Third Addition to the City of Grand, Island, Hall County, Nebraska be and the same is hereby quieted and confirmed in them as against each of said Defendants and against all persons having or claiming any interest in said real estate, real names unknown, and each of them is hereby enjoying forever from asserting any claim or interest in said real estate or any portion thereof BY THE COURT: ERESA K.
