Lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust dated October 4, 2006 (the "Deed of Trust") which has been <br /> recorded in HALL County, State of Nebraska, as follows: <br /> Entered As Instrument No. 0200608977 on October 6, 2006 in the Hall County Register of Deeds Office, Grand Island, Nebraska. <br /> REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in HALL County, State of <br /> Nebraska: <br /> Lot One (1), D & V Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 917 W 16TH ST, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801-3519. <br /> MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: <br /> Extend maturity date to July 28, 2014. <br /> CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain unchanged and in full <br /> force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Modification does not waive Lender's right to require strict performance of the Deed of Trust <br /> as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications. Nothing in this Modification shall constitute a satisfaction of the <br /> promissory note or other credit agreement secured by the Deed of Trust (the "Note1.
