WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings f /k/a Five Points Bank of
<br />Hastings, a division of Hometown Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank of
<br />Hastings, f /k/a Five Points Bank of Hastings, a division of Hometown Bank as Beneficiary, written
<br />request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deeds of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />SEE EXHIBIT A
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of
<br />Trust , the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.

<br />division of Hometown Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, On Instrument No
<br />200301405 on the 5th day of February, 2003.
