Graves, a single person, a. <br />Grantor, whether one ar more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, ~ <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm ~ ~' <br />unto Jerry E. White and Virginia D.
