<br />other valuable consideration received from Cletis J, Dobesh (a married person), and Gregory E.
<br />Dobesh (a single person), GRANTEES, quitclaims to GRANTEES as joint tenants with rights of
<br />survivorship, Grantor's interest in the following described real estate situated in I-Iall County,
<br />Nebraska (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 76-201):
<br />Lot Seventeen (17), Coach Place Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, commonly referred to as 1533 Stagecoach Road, Grand
<br />Island, NE, 68801; and
<br />Lat Ten (10), in Block Forty-three (43), Charles Wasmer's Second Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, commonly referred to as 620
<br />South Broadwell Avenue, Grand Island, Nebraska, 68803
<br />Grantor hereby reserves and excepts From this conveyance the continued right to the full use,
<br />control and income and possession of the above-described property far and during the Grantor's
<br />natural life, reserving to Grantor the full use, control, income and possession of the sale proceeds for
<br />and during Grantor's natural life.
<br />It is intended that this deed evidences a gratuitous transfer of Grantor's interest in the above-
<br />described property to her children, and thus no real estate transfer tax is due upon said transfer
<br />pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 76-902(5).
