KNOW ALT, MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Paul J. LaPuzza, Successor Trustee, hereinafter referred to as
<br />Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust Deed hereinafter described,
<br />hereby grants and conveys to LARSON CONSTRUCTION, INC., a Nebraska
<br />corporation, herein referred to as Grantee, without any covenant or
<br />warranty expressed or implied, all of the following described real
<br />estate, to -wit:
<br />LOT THIRTY -EIGHT (38), IN FONNER VIEW SUBDIVISION IN
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />this conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by that Trust Deed dated the 231d day of July, 2003 and recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on the
<br />4th day of August, 2003 as Instrument No. 0200310089 of the
<br />mortgage records of said county, between John D. Kehr and Barbara
<br />A. Kehr, husband and wife as Trustors, Fidelity National Title
<br />Insurance Company, Trustee and Mortgage Electronic Registration
<br />Systems, Inc., as Beneficiary, wherein the Trustors granted and
<br />conveyed to such Trustee, on the Trusts therein expressed, the
<br />property hereinabove described to secure, among other obligations,
<br />the payment of a certain note and interest described in said Trust
<br />Deed according to the terms thereof and after the fulfillment of
<br />the conditions specified in the Trust Deed authorizing this
<br />conveyance by reason of a breach and default by the Trustors made
<br />under the terms of said Trust Deed in the particulars set forth in
<br />the Notice of Default filed by the Trustee, which was published or
