<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated May 1, 2001 and executed by Leroy G. Cote; Josephine K. Cote, husband and wife and
<br />Leroy G. Cote, Jr. and Jane A. Cote, husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank, a
<br />Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as
<br />Instrument #0200104130 in the Register of Deed's office of Hall County, Nebraska dated May 7, 2001,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot One (1), Block Ten (10), of the Original Town, Now City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 7h day of February, 2005.
