200501257 <br />distance of 20.00 feet; thence N51 °16'40 "E a distance of 33.38 feet to a point on <br />a line 50.00 feet south of and parallel to the north line of said NE 1/4 ; thence <br />N88 °22'03" E along a line 50.00 feet south of and parallel to the north line of <br />said NE '/4, a distance of 33.16 feet to the point of beginning. Said tract contains a <br />calculated area of 932.19 square feet or 0.021 acres more or less. <br />together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress and egress under and across such <br />land for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted necessary for the full and complete <br />use, occupation and enjoyment of the easement herein granted, including the right to excavate <br />and refill ditches and trenches, to clear and keep clear of trees, roots, brush, bushes, hedges, <br />undergrowth, and other obstructions from the surface of such tract interfering with the location, <br />construction, inspection, repair, replacement, removal and maintenance of such storm water <br />drain. Any such utilities and appurtenances placed upon and under such tract of land shall <br />remain the property of the Grantee and may be removed or replaced at any time. <br />The Grantor, for its self, its heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, <br />hereby covenant that no buildings, fences, or structures shall be erected or permitted on said tract <br />and that the easement herein granted shall run with the title to such tract of land and be binding <br />upon the Grantors, its successors and assigns. <br />This easement shall run with the title to such tract of land and be binding on the Grantor, <br />and all heirs, devisees, executors, administrators, grantees, successors, and assigns. <br />-2- <br />
