<br />an easement and right -of -way for ingress and egress purposes over and along:
<br />the South seventeen (17.0) feet of Lot 1, Gehle Subdivision, a subdivision located in the East
<br />Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section33, Township 11 North,
<br />Range 11 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This easement and right -of -way is granted for so long as the Grantees or either of them is still living
<br />and residing upon the above - described property currently owned by them. In the event of the death
<br />of both of the Grantees or upon their moving from and vacating the above - described premises, this
<br />easement and right -of -way shall terminate and be of no further force and effect. This easement and
<br />right -of -way is personal to the Grantees and shall not be considered to "run with the land ".
