<br />the North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N1 /2NE1 /4), lying West of U.S.
<br />Highway 281, all in Section Twenty -Five (25), Township Eleven (11), North,
<br />Range Ten(10), West of the 6`h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />That notice of the filing of such Lien was made on the party with whom the
<br />Affiant contracted, Mike Galvan, d/b /a Galvan Construction, 563 East Capital Avenue,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, 68801, and on the record owner, New Holland, Inc., also known
<br />as CNH, c/o C.T. Corporation System, Registered Agent, Suite 500, 301 South 13th
<br />Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, 68508, on the rday of February, 2005, by placing a
<br />Notice of such Lien in the United States mail, addressed to each; that this Affidavit is
<br />given by the undersigned in compliance with § 52 -126 through 52 -159, R.R.S. 1943, and
<br />that such Notice included the amount due as claimed by Michael L. Wieck, d/b /a Wieck's
<br />Land Leveling, 5766 West Stolley Park Road, Alda, Nebraska,68810.
