<br />Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a FSB as Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance
<br />Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated March 31, 2000, and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument Number 0200002549 and
<br />Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY
